    Pure water, reach-and-wash, exterior. Frames, sills and door glass included as standard — not an extra. Spotless, streak-free drying with nothing added to the water.

    Vacuum system operated from the ground — leaves, moss and that mystery tennis ball out of your gutters without a ladder against your fascia. Before/after camera checks on request.

    The white plastic that’s gone green comes back white. Softwash on the roofline and uPVC cladding — kind to paintwork, hard on algae.

    Exterior only, and we say that plainly so there are no surprises. Algae and moss off the panels and finials, light back in your kitchen.

How much does window cleaning cost?

Every home is different, so we don’t publish guess-prices. Send two photos of your property — front and back — through the quote form and Dawid confirms your exact price within 24 hours. Prefer it in person? He’ll call round and quote on the spot. Either way the price is fixed before anything is booked.

Which towns and postcodes do you cover?

In Yorkshire we cover Harrogate, Knaresborough, Wetherby, Tadcaster, Castleford and York with its surrounding areas (HG1–HG3, HG5, LS22, LS24, WF10 and YO postcodes). In the East Midlands we cover Daventry, Coalville and Shepshed (NN11, LE67, LE12). Our Leeds round is opening soon. Not listed? Ask anyway — we’ll tell you honestly.

How often will you come?

Most customers choose a 4-weekly or 8-weekly round — you pick, and you can switch. One-off cleans are welcome too, for end-of-tenancy, before a house sale, or just to see how we work.

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as we can reach the windows safely, we clean while you’re out. We text the night before every visit so gates can be unlocked and dogs brought in.

What happens if it rains?

Pure water cleaning works fine in light rain — the water we leave on the glass is mineral-free, so it dries spotless. In heavy rain or high winds we rearrange, and we tell you rather than quietly skipping you.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer or cash after each clean — we never ask for money up front. Card and Direct Debit options are coming as we grow.

You’re brand new — why should I trust you?

Fair question. We’re fully insured (public liability, certificate on request), your first clean is guaranteed — if you’re not happy, it’s free — and there’s no contract, so we have to earn every single visit. New business, old-fashioned standards.
